The Atrium Beach Resort And Spa Sint Maarten, Ascend Hotel Collection, Simpson Bay

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is just perfect, with beaches and delicious restaurants nearby. The staff really made me feel welcome, and my room was spacious and comfortable. However, I found the pool area a bit small and the dining options could have been broader. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that felt well worth the money.

The location is pretty great, being close to a lovely beach, but the property seems to be sliding downhill, with maintenance issues and outdated amenities. The staff was decent, but could use some customer service training, especially when handling complaints. For the price I paid, I expected a bit more in terms of upkeep and service.
